This is a receipt for artist deposit. By Placing a deposit it secures the artist will have your tattoo scheduled for a specific
time and will assure the artist will draw your tattoo. The amount of the deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the tattoo and is not an extra fee. There are no refunds on deposits. Once the deposit is given and you cannot make your appointment please contact us ASAP so we can reschedule your appointment. If you call the day of your appointment to reschedule you are likely to lose your deposit. Just try to give us time to put another client in your schedule appointment time. Thanks.
